微量5-FU和曲安奈德混合液皮损下注射治疗结节性痒疹的临床观察

Clinical observation of intralesional treatment with mini dose fluorouracil and triamcinolone acetonide for nodular pruritus

目的观察微量5-FU和曲安奈德混合液皮损下注射治疗结节性痒疹的有效性及安全性。方法将入选的62例患者分为观察组和对照组,分别予皮损下注射5-FU和曲安奈德混合注射液1次、皮损下注射等量曲安奈德注射液1次。治疗后2周,观察2组疗效,并随访12个月,结果治疗后2周,2组PRUNOSI评分、有效率、瘙痒VAS评分均未见显著差异(P>0.05)。随访12个月时,观察组复发率(7.41%)低于对照组(32.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮损下注射微量5-FU曲安奈德混合液治疗成人结节性痒疹安全有效,且复发率低。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intralesional injection of mini dose 5-FU and triamcinolone acetonide in treating nodular pruritus.Methods A total of sixty-two patients were divided into the observation group and control group.They were given the intralesional treatment of 5-FU and triamcinolone acetonide mixture once,or an equal amount of triamcinolone acetonide,respectively.The efficacy was observed after two weeks of treatment and followed up for 12 moths.Results There were no significant differences in terms of PRUNOSI score,the efficiency,and the itching VAS scores between two groups at two weeks after the treatment(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group(7.41%)was significantly lower than the control group(32.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The intralesional treatment with a mini dose of 5-FU and triamcinolone acetonide for adult nodular pruritus was safe and effective,and the recurrence rate was low.
