摘要 本研究以测定番茄中的毒死蜱为例,对气相色谱质谱联用-内标标准曲线法分析农药残留测定结果进行不确定度评定。通过建立测量结果数学模型,系统分析实验过程的不确定度影响因素,并对各不确定度来源进行量化与合成,明确关键影响因素。结果表明:内标物加入、标准曲线拟合、标准溶液配制是影响番茄中毒死蜱残留量测量不确定度的关键因素,日常检测中应加以控制,以保证测量结果的准确性和可靠性。 In this study,the determination of chlorpyrifos in tomato was taken as an example to evaluate the uncertainty of determination results of pesticide residues by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry coupled with internal standard curve method.By establishing the mathematical model of measurement results,the influencing factors of uncertainty in the experimental process were analyzed systematically,and the sources of uncertainty were quantified and synthesized,and the key factors were identified.The results showed that the addition of internal standard,fitting of standard curve and preparation of standard solution were the key factors affecting the uncertainty of the measurement of chlorpyrifos residue in tomato poisoning,which should be controlled in daily experiments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.
