气相色谱串联质谱法测定枸杞中氟硅唑的残留量 被引量:1

摘要 通过气相色谱串联质谱法,对枸杞鲜干果实中氟硅唑残留进行检测分析。枸杞样品经乙腈提取,石墨化氨基固相萃取小柱净化,采用气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用仪检测,外标法定量。在0.05~1.00 mg/kg添加水平范围内,氟硅唑在枸杞鲜果中平均添加回收率为100%~112%,相对标准偏差为9.5%~20.0%;在枸杞干果中平均添加回收率为97%~114%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~12.5%,检出限为0.007 mg/kg。该方法可以准确、快速测定枸杞中氟硅唑的残留量。 The method for determining flusilazole residues in wolfberries was established based on gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Wolfberry samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purified with graphitized amino solid phase extraction cartridge,then determined and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that within the addition concentration of 0.05~1.00 mg/kg,the average recovery of flusilazole in fresh fruit was 100%~112%,the relative standard deviation was 9.5%~20.0%,the average recovery in dried fruit was 97%~114%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.0%~12.5%.The limit of detection was 0.007 mg/kg.This method can accurately and quickly determine the residual amount of flusilazole in wolfberries.
