浅析乌鸡中氟喹诺酮类药物残留现状 被引量:7

摘要 为探究乌鸡中氟喹诺酮类药物残留现状,本研究采集宁夏地区农贸市场乌鸡产品42份,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对氟喹诺酮类药物残留情况进行监测。结果显示,乌鸡产品中氟喹诺酮类残留检出率为40.5%,9.5%的乌鸡产品中氟喹诺酮类残留超过国家标准规定MRL值及定量限。本研究通过对乌鸡中氟喹诺酮类药物残留量的监测,为国家修订乌鸡中药物残留限量提供有效技术数据;同时为了降低氟喹诺酮类药物残留对乌鸡质量安全的影响,从源头保障食品安全,建议修订乌鸡养殖过程中氟喹诺酮类药物使用剂量及休药期规定。 In order to study the status quo of fluoroquinolone(FQ)residues in black-bone chicken,42 black-bone chicken products were selected from farmer's markets in Ningxia.The ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)-tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS)was used to monitor fluoroquinolone residues.The results showed that the detection rate of FQ residues was 40.5%,and FQ residues in 9.5%black-bone chicken products exceeded the maximum residue limit(MRL)and limit of quantitation(LOQ).This study results could provide effective technical data for the national revision of drug residue limits in black-bone chickens.Besides,it was also proposed to revise the dose of FQ and withdrawal time during the black-bone chicken breeding process to reduce FQ residues'impacts on chicken quality and safety and ensure food safety from the source.
