摘要
文章简要介绍了生猪宰前、屠宰环节“瘦肉精”检测及处置方法,并提出了生猪“瘦肉精”防控措施。
In this paper,detection methods before and during the live pig slaughtering were introduced;and the related control measures were proposed.
