摘要
目的建立适用于实践单位的泮托拉唑药物利用评价(DUE)标准,为泮托拉唑的临床使用提供参考和指导。方法在已发表的文献基础上制成泮托拉唑DUE标准初稿并形成专家咨询表,采用专家咨询法,通过2轮专家咨询确立标准,并对各指标进行科学性、实用性、可行性评估,并根据标准对实践单位的泮托拉唑使用现状进行评估。结果泮托拉唑DUE标准初稿包含10项内容。根据第1轮咨询结果,结合实践单位具体情况,其中2项指标的可行性较差,修改或增加3项8处内容。第2轮咨询完成后,相关指标内容无增减,各指标科学性、实用性和可行性认可度均较高,专家意见已经趋于一致。现状调查显示,实践单位在泮托拉唑的使用方面尚存在一些不合理的情况。结论所制定的泮托拉唑DUE标准具有较高的科学性、实用性和可行性,可将其运用于研究机构的实践,也可作为其他机构的参考,并在实践中继续优化该标准。
Objective To establish the drug utilization evaluation(DUE)criteria on pantoprazole in the practice unit and provide reference for clinical use.Methods DUE criteria draft of pantoprazole was developed on the basis of published literature,guideline and drug information.Expert consultation questionnaire was formed,Delphi survey was conducted through two rounds of consulting and inquiry to revise the DUE criteria and evaluate the scientificity,practicability and feasibility.Then,the rational usage of pantoprazole was assessed according to the criteria.Results The DUE criteria draft of pantoprazole contained 10 items,3 items and 8 points were modified and 2 items was poorly feasible in the first round of consultation.There was no deletion or additions in the second round of consultation,a consensus that DUE criteria on pantoprazole was scientific,practical and feasible was reached.The investigation showed that there still was irrational phenomenon in the use of pantoprazole.Conclusion The DUE criteria on pantoprazole is scientific,practical and feasible,which can be applied for research institutions and other relevant hospitals as a reference,the optimization of DUE criteria will be go on in practice.
