大直径高温熔盐储罐罐顶接管的强度及罐体稳定性分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着可再生能源技术的大力发展与应用,对太阳能热发电站中持久储热的钢制储罐的安全性能进行研究具有重要意义。以青海省某塔式太阳能热发电站中直径为25 m的高温熔盐储罐(储热罐)为例,利用ANSYS软件的平面实体轴对称单元建立了储罐有限元模型,着重对储罐顶部与熔盐管道接口处进行了强度和稳定性分析,通过对管道连接部位进行局部精细化建模,施加管口荷载,得到了储罐罐顶及罐体的等效位移、vonMises等效应力分布规律,以及该荷载对罐顶和罐体的屈曲临界荷载的影响。分析结果对今后大直径高温熔盐储罐的设计及施工具有一定的指导意义。 With the vigorous development and application of renewable energy technologies,it is of great significance to study the safety performance of long-lasting storage heat steel tanks in CSP stations.Taking a 25 m diameter high temperature molten salt storage tank(storage heat tank)in a tower-type solar thermal power station project in Qinghai as an example,this paper uses ANSYS planar solid axisymmetric elements to establish a finite element model of the storage tank.The strength and stability of the joint between the top of the storage tank and the molten salt pipeline are analyzed.A local refined model of the pipe connection was established.By changing the load applied to the nozzle,the equivalent displacement and von Mises equivalent stress of the tank top and the tank body,and the influence of the load on the buckling critical load value of the tank top and the tank body were obtained.This result has certain guiding significance for the design and construction of large diameter high temperature molten salt storage tanks in the future.
