Preparation Strategy of Cheerleading for the 34th Olympic Games

通过文献资料法、数理统计法和专家访谈等方法,以我国啦啦操项目在第34届奥运会的备战策略为研究对象,查阅国家队组建模式、相关筹备工作以及啦啦操的资料文献,旨在分析当下阶段我国啦啦操队伍是否具有在第34届奥运会获得佳绩的条件,找出短板进行弥补。结论如下:1.未来将有希望参加第34届奥运会运动员主要是现在3-10岁的学生,但目前运动员的培养模式还不够完善;2.目前国家队教练员的培养有待进一步提升;3.国际赛事打分的裁判数量缺口较大,还亟需补充;4.高校啦啦操队员的选材储备仍不够充分;5.啦啦操国家队需要的装备和资金耗费巨大,目前尚无统一的组建和筹备机制。

Through the methods of documentary,mathematical statistics and expert interview,this paper takes the preparation strategy of Cheerleading for the 34 th Olympic Games as the research object,looks up the establishment mode of national team,relevant preparatory work and the data and literature of cheerleading,aiming to analyze whether the cheerleading team of our country has the conditions to achieve good results in the 34 th Olympic Games at the present stage,and find out the short board to work on.The conclusions are as follows:1.in the future,the athletes who will take part in the 34 th Olympic Games are mainly students aged 3-10,but the current training mode of athletes is not perfect.2.at present,the training of national team coaches needs to be further improved.3.there is a large gap in the number of judges scoring in international competitions,which needs to be supplemented urgently.4.the reservation of athletes in college is not enough.5.the equipment and funds needed by the cheerleading national team are huge,and there is no unified organization and preparation mechanism at present.
