辽宁省运动员职业转换影响因素实证研究

Practical Research on the Influential Factors of Athletes’Career Transition in Liaoning Province

运动员职业转换是指运动员所在体育训练单位为停训后准备退役的运动员实施职业辅导和技能培训,提高再就业能力和社会适应能力的过程。本文构建二项逻辑回归模型,基于辽宁运动员的微观数据,对运动员职业转换的影响因素进行实证分析,提出促进运动员职业转换的对策。

The career transition of athletes refers to the process in which the athletes’sports training units provide vocational guidance and skill training to the athletes who are ready to retire after the suspension of training,so as to improve their reemployment ability and social adaptability.Based on the micro-data of athletes in Liaoning,this paper constructs a binomial logistic regression model,makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the athletes’career transition,and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the athletes’career transition.
