摘要
体育锻炼态度是个体直接参与体育活动的行为倾向。高校体育保健班学生受自身条件和环境因素的影响,导致体育锻炼态度消极甚至出现抵触情绪。良好的教学环境和愉悦、健康的心理环境是教师提高教学效果的必要条件。本研究以广东省某高校体育保健班学生为研究对象,研究体育保健班学生的体育锻炼态度与教学环境、运动行为等因素相关性。结果表明,锻炼态度与进班原因、运动强度及运动频率显著相关。同时,针对此情况对高校体育保健班建设提出相应对策。
Physical exercise attitude is the behavior tendency of individual directly participating in sports activities.Influenced by their own conditions and environmental factors,college students in physical health class have a negative attitude towards physical exercise and even a resistance attitude.Good teaching environment and pleasant and healthy psychological environment are the necessary conditions for teachers to improve teaching effect.This study takes the students of physical health class in a university in Guangdong Province as the research object,and studies the correlation between the students’physical exercise attitude and teaching environment,sports behavior and other factors.The results show that there is a significant correlation between exercise attitude and the reasons for entering class,exercise intensity and exercise frequency.At the same time,in view of this situation,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the construction of college sports health class.
