大连市健身工作室运营现状调查和发展趋势研究

Investigation on the Operation Status and Development Trend of Dalian Fitness Studios

本文运用访谈法和文献资料等方法,对大连市12家健身工作室基本运营概况和特点进行调查研究,分析大连健身工作室未来发展趋势,最后得出大连市健身工作室在运营初期投资成本小,健身场管选址相对灵活,健身器械功能齐全,能够满足附近居民的私教健身需求,工作室管理者运营观念需要进行升级改进,从业教练员大多上课效果好,但是课程内容单一等特点。未来通过对经营理念的升级和提升以用户体验为中心的课程内容设计,加强跨行业领域的合作,让大连健身工作室发展成为集健身、康复医疗、健身器材供应等综合性服务平台。

By using the methods of interview and literature,this paper investigates the basic operation situation and characteristics of 12 fitness studios in Dalian,analyzes the future development trend of Dalian fitness studios,and sums up the following characteristics:the investment cost of Dalian fitness studios in the initial operation is small;the site selection of fitness venues is relatively flexible;and the fitness equipment has complete functions,which can meet the needs of nearby residents;studio managers need to upgrade and improve their operation concept;coaching effect is good,while the course content is single.In the future,we can upgrade and enhance the course content design centered on user experience through business philosophy,so as to strengthen cross industry cooperation,and make Dalian fitness studios develop into a comprehensive service platform integrating fitness,rehabilitation medicine and fitness equipment supply.
