技术规范是完善体育舞蹈竞技体系的基础,是调控体育舞蹈专项训练的依据,是诠释体育舞蹈艺术特性的内核。本文以体育舞蹈技术规范为论述核心,通过探寻技术规范与体育舞蹈的竞技性,个性化及艺术性三者之间的联系进而总结对体育舞蹈教学及训练的思想启示。这对深化体育舞蹈教师与选手对技术训练的理性认识,优化体育舞蹈的教学与训练的实践进程具有一定积极意义。

Technical standards are the foundation of optimizing the competitive system of sport dance,the basis of regulating and controlling the training,and the central of performing the artistic characteristics.This paper takes the technical standard of sport dance as the core of the discussion.It summarizes the enlightenment to the teaching and training by exploring the relationship between the technical standards and competitiveness,individuation and artistry of sport dance.This has certain positive significance to deepen the teachers and dancers rational understanding of technical training,and improve the teaching and training process.
