食管鳞癌细胞白细胞介素33表达与化疗药物敏感性的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨食管鳞癌细胞白介素33(IL-33)表达与化疗药物敏感性的相关性。方法选择2017年3月至2019年12月郑州市第七人民医院接受手术治疗的食管鳞癌患者共80例作为研究对象。检测所有患者IL-33表达情况与对化疗药物敏感性,分析IL-33表达与化疗药物敏感性的关系。结果本研究80例患者化疗药物敏感性为敏感28例,耐药52例;敏感组IL-33阳性检出率低于耐药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,IL-33阳性检出率可能是影响化疗药物敏感性的影响因素(O^R>1,P<0.05);绘制ROC曲线发现,IL-33阳性表达预测化疗药物敏感性为耐药的AUC为0.765,具有一定预测价值。结论IL-33在食管鳞癌化疗药物耐药患者中呈高表达,可能是诱发化疗药物敏感性降低的影响因素,临床可考虑通过检测IL-33表达情况,以评估化疗药物敏感性。 【Objective】To investigate the correlation between the expression of interleukin 33(IL-33)and the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells.【Methods】A total of 80 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were examined for IL-33 expression and sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs,and the relationship between IL-33 expression and chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity was analyzed.【Results】Of the 80 patients in this study,28 were sensitive to chemotherapy drugs and 52 were drug-resistant;the positive detection rate of IL-33 in the sensitive group was lower than that in the drug-resistant group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that the positive detection rate of IL-33 might be the influencing factor of the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs(O^R>1,P<0.05);the ROC curve was drawn and we found that the positive expression of IL-33 to predict the AUC of sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs to drug resistance was 0.765,which had certain predictive value.【Conclusion】IL-33 is highly expressed in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma resistant to chemotherapy drugs,which may be the influencing factor for reducing the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs.Clinically,the detection of IL-33 expression may be considered to evaluate the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs.
