摘要 近年来,我国上市公司面临来自外界环境的不确定性因素而无法预期完成业绩条件,公司是否应该修订股权激励,如何合理修订受到社会关注。就像股权激励方案的动机是股权激励计划的开始,股权激励修订的动因也能够反映出股权激励方案的设计合理性。因此,选取海康威视为案例企业,采用定性分析方法分析公司修订正在实施股权激励的原因,得出公司实施股权激励主要有应对国际环境的不确定性,减小新冠肺炎疫情影响,提升公司市场竞争力,降低核心人才流失这四个主要原因。 In recent years,China's listed companies are faced with uncertain factors from the external environment and can not expect to achieve the required performance.Whether the company should revise the equity incentive plan and how to revise it reasonably have attracted the attention of the society.Just as the motivation of equity incentive plan is the beginning of equity incentive plan,the motivation of equity incentive revision can also reflect the rationality of equity incentive plan design.Therefore,HIKVISOIN was selected as a case analyzed to explore the reasons for equity incentive revision in the qualitative method.The conclusion is that the four main reasons for the implementation of equity incentive are the uncertainty of the international environment,reducing the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,enhancing the company's market competitiveness and reducing the core brain drain.
