In recent years,China's listed companies are faced with uncertain factors from the external environment and can not expect to achieve the required performance.Whether the company should revise the equity incentive plan and how to revise it reasonably have attracted the attention of the society.Just as the motivation of equity incentive plan is the beginning of equity incentive plan,the motivation of equity incentive revision can also reflect the rationality of equity incentive plan design.Therefore,HIKVISOIN was selected as a case analyzed to explore the reasons for equity incentive revision in the qualitative method.The conclusion is that the four main reasons for the implementation of equity incentive are the uncertainty of the international environment,reducing the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,enhancing the company's market competitiveness and reducing the core brain drain.
