以某港口企业为例,结合其实际经营状况探索债务融资对企业绩效的影响,笔者将更多的从债务作为一种治理机制的角度分析,为港口企业的融资工作提供一定的理论依据,具有一定的现实意义。

Taking a Port as an example and combining with the actual operating conditions of the Port,this paper explores the influence of debt financing on enterprise performance,and the author takes the angle of debt as a governance mechanism to analyze it,so as to provide some theoretical basis for the financing work of port,which has a certain practical significance.
