新文科背景下地方高校智慧型财经专业人才培养模式探索

Research on Training Mode of Intelligent Financial Talents in Local Universities under Background of New Liberal Arts

改革开放40余年来,我国经济复合增速备受全球瞩目,财经类人才在其中扮演着非常重要的角色。近年来,随着大数据、智能化的推进,传统行业的转型也在提速,催生了一批新产业,社会经济的变革对财经类人才的需求缺口也越来越大。与此同时,各地方高校在财经类人才培养上也面临着转型压力,同质化、单一化等问题依然明显,造成高校人才的培养输送与社会的需求无法接轨。在新文科背景下,各地方院校纷纷借助产教融合、增设“课中课”、设立课程创新中心等措施来进行多角度的教改实践,加快智慧型财经人才培养模式的创新,取得了一定成绩。

Since the reform and opening-up 40 years ago,China’s economic compound growth rate has attracted worldwide attention,and the financial talents play a very important role in it.In recent years,with the advance of big data and intelligentization,the transformation of traditional industries has been accelerated,which has brought up a number of new industries and larger demand for the financial talents.At the same time,local colleges and universities are also facing the pressure of transformation in the training of financial and economic talents.The problems of homogenization and simplification are still obvious,which makes the training and transportation of talents in colleges and universities unable to meet the needs of society.In the context of the new liberal arts,local colleges and universities have adopted measures such as the integration of production and teaching,the addition of "lessons in class" and the establishment of curriculum innovation centers to carry out multi-perspective teaching reform practice,and speed up the innovation of the training mode of intelligent financial and economic talents,and some progress has been achieved.
