摘要
本文利用2-氯甲基苯并[ h ]喹啉-3-羧酸乙酯( 8 )为反应物与各种取代芳胺( 9a-g )或脂肪胺( 9h ~ j )在乙醇-乙酸( V/V ,10∶1)混合溶剂为反应介质在回流温度下,经一步反应,简便而有效合成了一系列结构新颖有趣的基于苯并[ h ]喹啉结构的异吲哚啉-1-酮类化合物( 7a ~ j )。所合成的目标化合物未见文献报道,其结构均已通过波谱数据和元素分析得以确认。
In the present investigation,a simple and facile synthesis of a range of structurally novel and intriguing benzoquinoline-based derivatives of isoindolin-1-one(7a~j)had been achieved through the synthetic application of ethyl 2-(chloromethyl)benzo[h]quinoline-3-carboxylate(8)as substrate in the one-step reaction with various substituted aromatic amines(9a~g)and aliphatic amines(9h~j)in EtOH-AcOH(V/V,10∶1)solvent system at refluxing temperature.The molecular structures of these newly synthesized compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectral data and elemental analyses.
