摘要
Warburg在有氧糖酵解方面的重大发现确立了代谢重编程是癌症的首要特征。在肿瘤发生发展过程中,常伴随糖类、脂类以及氨基酸的异常代谢。许多肿瘤利用新陈代谢的灵活性重新分配营养物质以发挥自身优势,从而摆脱免疫监视。以往肿瘤代谢研究主要集中在糖代谢方面,近年来,氨基酸代谢对肿瘤发展的贡献也逐渐被重视。氨基酸作为机体所有细胞生存所必需的营养物质,其代谢过程与肿瘤发展也有着密不可分的联系。本文综述了几类氨基酸在肿瘤发生发展和肿瘤免疫中的作用。
Warburg′s major discovery in aerobic glycolysis established that metabolic reprogramming is the primary feature of cancer.In the process of tumorigenesis and tumor development,it is often accompanied by abnormal metabolism of sugars,lipids and amino acids.Many tumors use the flexibility of their metabolism to redistribute nutrients to their advantage and thus get away from immune surveillance.Previous studies on tumor metabolism mainly focused on glucose metabolism.In recent years,the contribution of amino acid metabolism to tumor development has gradually been paid more attention.Amino acids,as essential nutrients for the survival of all cells in the body,their metabolic processes are also inextricably linked to tumor development.This paper reviewed the role of several types of amino acids in tumorigenesis and tumor immunity.
