不同聚合方法制备的重金属离子印迹材料吸附性能 被引量:1

摘要 基于功能单体4-VP和MAA的协同作用,通过本体聚合法、沉淀聚合法和悬浮聚合法对Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)印迹,分别制备了B-IIP、P-IIP和S-IIP 3种离子印迹聚合物(IIP),并系统地考察了聚合方法对离子印迹聚合物的形态、结构、热稳定性以及吸附性能的影响。结果表明:聚合方法产生的形貌变化对IIP的吸附性能有很大的影响。其中沉淀聚合法制备的P-IIP是一种粒径均一、分散性好的规则球体,具有很高的比表面积和优良的结合能力,60 min内达到吸附平衡,对Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)的吸附量分别为18.56、50.56 mg·g^(-1)。 Based on the synergistic effect of functional monomer 4-VP and MAA,B-IIP,P-IIP and S-IIP of copper and lead ions imprinted polymers were prepared by bulk polymerization,precipitation polymerization and suspension polymerization,respectively.The effects of polymerization methods on the morphology,structure,thermal stability and adsorption performance of ion-imprinted polymers were studied.The results showed that the morphology changed by polymerization method has great influence on the adsorption performance of IIP.Among them,P-IIP prepared by precipitation polymerization showed a microsphere with uniform sizes,better appearance and good dispersion,high specific surface area and excellent binding ability.The adsorption capacity of Cu^(2+)and Pb^(2+)was 18.56 and 50.56 mg·g^(-1),respectively,and the adsorption equilibrium was reached within 60 min.
