摘要 详细阐述了热泵-循环风工艺在污泥干化中的传热过程和运行时循环风在主要各工况点相关参数计算,将这些参数与热泵机组进行的过程相结合,便可计算出整个系统的能耗,其结果是1 kWh从污泥汽化的水接近于2.66 kg。文中最后指出热泵-循环风工艺干化污泥中提出的零排放值得商榷。 The heat transfer process of heat pump-circulating wind technology in sludge drying and the relevant parameters of circulating wind at main working points during operation were investigated in this study.Combining these parameters with the process of heat pump unit,the energy consumption of the whole system could be calculated.The result showed that the quantity of vaporizing water from sludge was close to 2.66 kg per 1 kWh.The results also pointed out that this zero releasing proposition of circulated wind for drying sludge technology was questionable.
