摘要
大规格3003铝合金扁锭容易开裂产生缺陷。通过对3003合金进行成分优化、熔炼工艺过程控制、炉内精炼处理和在线熔体净化,以及低液位铸造工艺参数研究与控制,消除了规格为2130 mm×630 mm×6000 mm的3003铝合金扁锭的裂纹缺陷(尤其是通裂),大幅提高铸锭的表面质量。
Large-size 3003 aluminum alloy slabs are prone to crack and produce defects.By optimizing chemical composition of 3003 aluminum alloy,controlling the melting process,refinement treatment in furnace and on-line melt purification,as well as the research and control of low-level casting process parameters,the crack defects(especially the crack along the whole slab)of 3003 aluminum alloy slabs with the specification of 2130 mm×630 mm×6000 mm were eliminated,and the surface quality was greatly improved.
