摘要
针对煤气化技术中具有代表性的固定床加压气化技术和水煤浆加压气化技术,以真实的煤热解产物分布实验数据为依据,考虑气化炉内发生的主要物理化学过程,通过ASPEN PLUS软件进行详细分区模拟,建立了基于反应动力学的煤气化模型。结果表明,基于反应动力学的煤气化技术模拟能真实反映气化炉内实际运行情况。
According to the actual experimental data of product distribution in coal pyrolysis,and the main physical and chemical processes in the gasifier,and by detailed zoning simulation of ASPEN PLUS software,the coal gasification models of the typical fixed bed pressured gasification technology and coal-water slurry pressured gasification technology were established based on reaction kinetics.The results had shown that the simulation of coal gasification technology based on reaction kinetics could reflect the actual operation of the gasifier truly.
