摘要 对烟台国润铜业铜冶炼节能环保改造项目进行了回顾和展望,介绍了冶炼、环集烟气、制酸、制氧噪声等系统的技改情况。冶炼系统针对冶炼能力小、铜回收率低、能源消耗高、环保效果差等问题,从熔炼工段、吹炼工段、精炼工段、燃料等方面进行改造;环集烟气系统针对烟气量大、颗粒物含量高、烟气处理费用高等问题,从烟气走向、烟气脱硫、污水处理、烟气收尘等方面进行改造;制酸系统针对收尘系统、干吸系统、转化系统处理能力偏小的问题,从收尘系统、烟道、干燥与吸收工序、转化工序、脱硫系统进行改造。改造后,实现了污染物超低排放,能耗和生产成本大幅降低。 The energy saving and environmental protection renovation project of Yantai Guorun Copper was reviewed and prospected.The technical renovation of smelting,flue gas collection,acid production and oxygen noise production system was introduced.Aiming at the problems of small smelting capacity,low copper recovery,high energy consumption and poor environmental protection effect,the smelting system was reformed from the aspects of melting section,blowing section,refining section and fuel.Aiming at the problems of large amount of flue gas,high content of particulate matter and high cost of flue gas treatment,the environmental flue gas collection system was reformed from the aspects of flue gas direction,flue gas desulfurization,wastewater treatment,and flue gas dust collection.In order to solve the problems of low capacity of dust collection system,dry absorption system and conversion system,the acid production system was reformed from dust collection system,flue,drying and absorption process,conversion process and desulfurization system.After the renovation,the ultra-low emission of pollutants was realized,and the energy consumption and production cost were greatly reduced.
