摘要
本文主要讨论利用翻转课堂、微课等混合式教学模式提高师范生综合教学技能的问题.在实际教学模式中,我们根据课程特点,通过精选翻转课内容,优化课前、课中、课后教学过程,充分调动了学生学习的积极性和探究能力,着实提高课堂质量,促进师范生综合教学素养的提高.
Based on the mixed teaching models such as the flipped classroom and the micro-classes,this paper presents a way to improve the comprehensive teaching skills of normal school students,which is,using the characteristics of a course,carefully selecting the flipping course content,and optimizing the teaching process before,during,and after classes,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and inquiry ability of students,and to improve the quality of the classroom.
