城市轨道交通是城市重要的生命线,是重要的公益性基础设施。地铁车辆段是地铁车辆停放、检查、整备、运用和修理的管理中心所在地,一般包括了停车场、运用库、综合基地、物资仓库、综合维修中心等相关设施。基于这些特性,工程采用BIM技术辅助施工过程管理,充分应用BIM项目管理平台,深入挖掘项目BIM创新点,结合可视化、进度管控、质量管理、智慧工地等模块的应用,为项目精细化管理提供技术支撑;通过BIM技术提高地铁车辆段施工的精细化管理水平提供范例,为后续智慧运营管理提供数据基础。

Urban rail transit is an important lifeline of a city and an important public welfare infrastructure.Metro depot is the management center of metro vehicle parking,inspection,servicing,operation and repair,which generally includes parking lot,operation depot,comprehensive base,material warehouse,comprehensive maintenance center and other related facilities.Based on these characteristics,the project adopts BIM technology to assist the construction process management,fully applies the BIM project management platform,deeply excavates the innovation points of project BIM,and provides technical support for the fine management of the project combined with the application of modules such as visualization,schedule control,quality management and smart site;provides an example for improving the fine management level of Metro depot construction through BIM technology to provide data basis for subsequent smart operation management.
