大体积防辐射混凝土墙一次成型施工技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 以某临港基地项目金属探伤室为例,针对该探伤室不能出现贯通性裂缝的设计要求,通过对探伤室大体积防辐射混凝土剪力墙结构进行混凝土配合比优化设计、有限元仿真模拟分析、优化施工方案,应用自动化监测技术及区块链平台进行温度实时智能管控。有效控制了大体积混凝土的内外温差,减小了内部温度应力,避免了结构出现温度裂缝和收缩裂缝,保证了施工质量,也提高了多方协同管控效率,可为同类工程提供借鉴。 Taking the metal flaw detection room of a Lingang base project as an example,in view of the design requirement that the flaw detection room can not appear through cracks,the concrete mix ratio optimization design and finite element simulation analysis of the large volume radiation-proof concrete shear wall structure of the flaw detection room,optimize the construction plan,apply automatic monitoring technology and blockchain platform for real-time intelligent temperature control,effectively control the internal and external temperature difference of the mass concrete,reduce internal temperature stress,avoid temperature cracks and shrinkage cracks in the structure,and ensure construction,the quality also improves the efficiency of multi-party collaborative management and control,which can provide reference for similar projects.
