步履式顶推施工研究综述

Summary of research on walking-type incremental launching construction

为了深化对步履式顶推施工的认识,对近几年国内兴起的步履式顶推施工技术进行了系统性综述,着重介绍步履式顶推施工特点、钢箱梁局部受力、预应力混凝土梁受力、施工控制等研究成果。结果表明:步履式顶推施工中,设备系统同步性精度控制、钢箱梁局部受力问题仍比较突出;混凝土梁采用步履式顶推案例较少,有待于进一步研究;顶推施工控制中,对多个参数进行关联性研究,提出多参数容限动态控制是一个重要研究方向。

In order to deepen the understanding of walking-type incremental launching construction,this paperpresents a systematic review of the walking-type incremental launching construction,which has emerged in recent years in China.The construction characteristics,local stress on steel box girder,stress on prestressed concrete beam,construction control and other research results are mainly introduced.The results show that,the synchronization precision control of the equipment system and the local stress of the steel box girder are still prominent in the walking-type incremental launching construction.Few cases have been taken into the walking-type incremental launching construction of concrete beams,which needs to be further studied.The concept of multi-parameter tolerance dynamic control is proposed and the correlation control of multi-parameter is a significant direction in the future.
