一种解决上跨高架桥塌陷事故的安全方案研究

摘要 通过以无锡市312国道锡港路上跨高架桥路段桥面侧翻事故为基础,提出了一种解决上跨高架桥塌陷事故的安全方案。通过对造成桥面侧翻事故的原因、演变过程进行分析,提出了三次预警警示措施及与之配套的关联系统:在事故发生前(桥梁正常状态)利用动态称重检测系统拦截或引导超限车辆驶离高架桥;在事故发生准备期(桥梁出现偏载)借助桥梁健康检测系统对桥梁位移(振幅)进行实时监测,当超过阈值时,将预警信息发送到后台控制系统;在事故发生准备期(位移或振幅超过阈值时)依靠地面交通预警系统控制地面交通信号灯变为全红,并且通过广播系统提示车辆和行人驶离高架桥危险区域。 Based on the accident of the Bridge Collapse over the Xi Gang Road on the 312 National Road in Wu xi City,the paper proposes a solution to solve the safety accident of the Overlapping viaduct collapse.Based on the analysis of the causes and process of the bridge Collapse accident,the paper puts forward three early warning measures and associated system.Before the accident(bridge normal state),the dynamic weighing detection system is used to intercept or guide the over-limit vehicle to leave the viaduct;in the accident preparation period(bridge eccentric load),the bridge displacement(amplitude)is monitored in real time by means of the bridge health detection system.When the threshold value is exceeded,the warning information is sent to the background control system;when the accident preparation period(displacement or amplitude exceeds the threshold),the ground traffic light is controlled to become full red by the ground traffic warning system,and the vehicle and pedestrian are prompted by the broadcasting system to an safe zone.
