摘要
在研究城市道路灾害类型和致灾成因基础上,根据现有的技术手段和政策法规,探索构建城市道路灾害防控技术体系,即InSAR调查+物理探测+诊断评估+病害处治+监测预警,形成“空天地一体化”的灾害防控体系,通过综合物理探测技术的初步实施,积累相关防控经验,为进一步推进落实防控体系奠定基础。
Based on the study of urban road disaster types and causes,according to the existing technical means and policies,explores and builds urban road disaster prevention technology system,that is,InSAR survey+physical detection+diagnostic assessment+disease treatment+monitoring and early warning,forming an“air-ground integration”disaster prevention system.Through the preliminary implementation of integrated physical detection technology,accumulate relevant prevention experience,and lay the foundation for further implementation of the prevention system.
