摘要
本文着重介绍高压TSC的阀基电子系统。根据TSC的工作原理以及晶闸管阀体串联结构,分析了高压TSC阀基电子系统的功能和工作特点,提出一种基于光电触发方法的TSC阀基电子系统;同时本文对阀基电子系统的工作机制和晶闸管控制单元的关键电路进行了讨论,并通过TSC阀基电子系统10 kV运行试验,证明此系统有效克服了电磁方式的阀基电子系统的缺点,能够满足TSC在电网中安全、可靠的运行要求。
The valve base electronics system of high voltage TSC is introduced in this paper.The function and operating characteristic of high voltage TSC’s VBE are analyzed and a TSC’s VBE based on photoelectric trigger technology is proposed in accordance with principle of TSC and the series structure of thyristor valve.At the same time,both operating principle of valve base electronics system and thyristor controlled unit are discussed.It is proved by the 10 kV operation test of TSC valve base electronic system that the system overcomes the shortcomings of electromagnetic valve base electronics system effectively and can meet safe and reliable operation requirement of TSC in the network.
