二强处理的盖板玻璃抗跌落性内在影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 以锂铝硅玻璃GK7样品为基材,制备不同离子交换时间的化学强化玻璃。借助折原综合应力仪、“张力释放实验”与偏光显微镜探究了化学强化玻璃的截面应力分布,并与高铝硅玻璃GK4样品进行整机跌落对比,分析了裂纹压制层与痕带对抗跌落性能的影响。结果表明:GK7化学强化玻璃表层具有自身厚度20%以上的裂纹压制层,是GK4玻璃的近4倍,其抗跌落性能明显优于高铝硅玻璃。GK7玻璃张应力随着离子交换时间延长而呈现抛物线变化,且伴随着痕带出现-加剧-消失的现象;而以痕带刚出现状态,GK7玻璃抗跌落性能提高50%。 Chemically strengthened lithium-aluminium silicate glass GK7 treated by different ion exchange time was prepared.By using ORIHARA comprehensive stress meter,"tensile stress release experiment",polarizing microscope to examine the cross section of the samples,the stress distribution in chemically strengthened glass was analyzed and the drop-shock resistance of the mobile phone with glass GK7 cover was compared to that with high alumina silicate glass GK4 cover.The effect of depth of compress stress layer and rip band on anti-drop performance was also analyzed.The results showed that after ion exchange,the depth of compress stress layer of GK7 glass accounted for more than 20%of its own thickness which was 4 times of GK4.The drop-shock resistance of glass GK7 is obviously better than glass GK4.The tensile stress of glass GK7 changes parabolically and the rip band appears first,then intensifies,and finally disappears with prolonging the ion exchange time.The drop-shock resistance of GK7 glass increases 50%when the incipient rip band is just appeared.
