七氟醚静吸复合麻醉对髋关节置换术患者术后恢复及认知功能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Anesthesia Combined with Sevoflurane Intravenous Inhalation on Postoperative Recovery and Cognitive Function in Patients Undergoing Hip Arthroplasty

摘要 目的:探讨七氟醚静吸复合麻醉对髋关节置换术患者术后恢复及认知功能的影响。方法:选取河南省荣军医院2018年2月-2019年2月接收的97例髋关节置换术患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(48例)及观察组(49例)。对照组采用全凭静脉麻醉,观察组采用七氟醚静吸复合麻醉。对比分析两组患者术后恢复、精神状态及认知功能。结果:观察组呼之睁眼时间、恢复呼吸时间均比对照组短,握手有力时间、按指令简单动作时间均比对照组长,且麻醉2 h、6 h、1 d后的简易精神状态检测法(MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知估量表(MOCA)评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对髋关节置换术患者采用七氟醚静吸复合麻醉的效果明显,有助于缩短术后恢复时间,减少早期认知功能障碍发生,值得借鉴。 Objective: To investigate the effect of anesthesia combined with sevoflurane intravenous inhalation on postoperative recovery and cognitive function in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty. Methods: 97 patients with hip replacement admitted in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were divided into control group(48 cases) and observation group(49 cases) according to random number table. The control group was given total intravenous anesthesia, and the observation group was given sevoflurane intravenous-inhalation combined anesthesia. The postoperative recovery, mental state and cognitive function were compared between two groups. Results: The time of eyes opening and respiration recovery of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group. The time of firm handshake and simple action on command of the observation group was longer than those of the control group. And the MMSE and MOCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 2 h, 6 h and1 d after anesthesia(P<0.05). Conclusion: Anesthesia combined with Sevoflurane intravenous-inhalation in patients with hip replacement has significant effect, it can shorten postoperative recovery time and reduce the incidence of early cognitive dysfunction,which is worthy of learning.
