摘要
目的:观察大蒜素肠溶胶丸对青少年女足运动员一次性大强度运动后体液免疫指标的影响。方法:国家二级足球运动员12名,随机将其分为对照组(n=6)和实验组(n=6)。实验组每天口服大蒜素肠溶胶丸80 mg,对照组每天口服安慰剂80 mg,服药2周后进行大强度跑台运动,记录两组运动时间、运动距离和运动中的最大心率。分别测定运动前和运动后4小时受试者血清免疫球胥白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)浓度。结果:(1)两组受试者运动过程中的表现和运动持续时间、运动时最大心率、运动距离共同表明本次运动强度符合一次性大强度力竭运动的特点。(2)运动后4小时,两组血清IgG均较实验前显著增高,且实验组显著高于对照组。两组血清IgM均升高,实验组血清IgM水平显著升高(P<0.05);两组IgA水平均下降,对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:一次性大强度运动后,实验组IgM较对照组显著增加,实验组IgA较对照组能更迅速恢复到实验前水平,推测大蒜素能提高受试者在"开窗"期内的体液免疫应答能力,降低受试者在"开窗"期内的亚临床和临床感染的风险。大蒜素有提高运动员大强度运动后体液免疫能力的作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of alltride on humoral immunity index of young female football players disposable after intensive exercise.Methods:12 players were randomly divided into control group(n=6) and experimental group(n=6).The experimental group were given daily oral administration of allicin capsules 80 mg,and the control group were given oral placebo 80 mg.2 weeks after taking the capsules,all players took a high intensity treadmill exercise.The maximum heart rate,exercise time and the distance of running of two groups were recorded.The levels of serum IgG,IgM and IgA were measured before and 4 hours after exercise.Results:(1) The results of exercise time,distance and maximal heart rate in the two groups were in accordance with the characteristics of the high intensity exercise.(2) Compared with before exercise,serum IgG levels 4 h after exercise of the experimental group and the control group increased significantly,and the level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Serum IgM levels of the experimental group and the control group 4 h after exercise increased,and the experiment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The serum IgA of two groups decreased,and the serum IgA of the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:After intensive exercise,IgM of the experimental group increases more significantly,and IgA level can recover to the level before experiment more rapidly.Allicin can improve the humoral immune response ability of subjects and reduce the risk of subclinical and clinical infections during the "window opening" period.It is speculated that allicin humoral immunity can enhance the humoral immunity of athletes after high intensity exercise.
