Effect of Four-step Pouch Plastic Surgery on Pouch Removal and Complications in Elderly Patients with Plastic Surgery

目的:探讨四步法眼袋整形术对老年眼整形患者眼袋去除效果及并发症的影响。方法:选择南阳市第二人民医院于2017年2月-2019年2月收治的老年眼整形患者170例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各85例。研究组行四步法眼袋整形术,对照组行传统下睑皮肤入路法去除眼袋。对比两组临床疗效、患者满意度、术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.47%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者总满意度为94.12%,高于对照组的72.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四步法眼袋整形术应用于老年眼部整形患者下眼睑和睑的形态自然,眼睑皮肤更紧致,并发症发生率较低,患者满意度高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of four-step pouch plastic surgery on pouch removal and complications in elderly patients with plastic surgery.Methods:170 elderly patients with eye plastic surgery treated in the hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 85 cases in each group.The study group underwent four-step pouch plastic surgery,while the control group underwent traditional lower eyelid skin approach to remove pouch.The clinical efficacy,patient’s satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.47%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the study group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 72.94% in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-step pouch plastic surgery is used in elderly patients with plastic surgery,the shape of lower eyelid and eyelid is natural,the skin of eyelid is more compact,the incidence of complications is low,and the satisfaction of patients is high.
