运动锻炼对骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者骨折愈合及骨密度的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Exercise Training on Fracture Healing and Bone Mineral Density in Patients with Osteoporotic Hip Fracture

摘要 目的:探究运动锻炼对骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月-2019年1月于平顶山市第一人民医院接受治疗的61例骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者的临床资料,两组均接受手术治疗,术后给予常规干预,并开展运动功能锻炼,根据运动锻炼实施天数分为对照组(29例,6个月内总锻炼天数<120 d)和观察组(32例,6个月内总锻炼天数≥120 d),比较两组运动锻炼情况、骨折愈合效果及骨密度。结果:观察组6个月内平均每天室内及室外运动时间高于对照组,完成项目高于对照组,骨密度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.407、3.597、3.474、3.030,P=0.001、0.001、0.001、0.004);观察组骨折愈合优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.195,P=0.041)。结论:运动锻炼对促进骨折愈合、提升骨密度均可产生积极作用,值得在骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者中推广应用,但需患者长期坚持才能起到更好的恢复效果。 Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of exercise training in patients with osteoporotic hip fracture.Methods: The clinical data of 61 patients with osteoporotic hip fracture who treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Two groups underwent surgery, and they were given routine intervention and exercise training after surgery. According to the days of exercise training, all patients were divided into control group(29 cases, total exercise days within 6 months<120 d) and observation group(32 cases, total exercise days within 6 months≥120 d). The exercise training, fracture healing effect and bone mineral density were compared between two groups. Results: The average daily indoor and outdoor exercise time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the completion of the project was higher than that of the control group, and the bone mineral density was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.407, 3.597, 3.474, 3.030, P=0.001, 0.001, 0.001, 0.004). The excellent rate of fracture healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.195, P=0.041). Conclusion:Exercise training has positive effect on promoting fracture healing and increasing bone mineral density. It is worthy of promotion and application in patients with osteoporotic hip fracture, but long-term adherence is required for better recovery.
