Risk Analysis and Solutions for A Patient Tumbling After the Treatment with the Nerve Block Therapy

目的:探讨一例神经阻滞治疗术后患者跌倒的风险分析及对策。方法:回顾性分析神经阻滞术后患者跌倒的过程、原因及预见性护理。结果:进行跌倒原因分析及采取有效的护理对策,在神经阻滞治疗术后护理发挥着十分重要的作用。结论:掌握神经阻滞治疗的风险,给予预见性护理措施,可减少患者术后跌倒的风险。

Objective:To discuss the risk analysis and solutions for a patient tumbling after the treatment with the nerve block therapy. Methods:The process, causes and predictive nursing of patient tumbling after the treatment of the nerve block were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The causes of patient tumbling were analyzed, and effective nursing countermeasures which played an important role after the nerve block treatment, were taken. Conclusion:Grasping the risk of nerve block treatment and giving predictive nursing measures can reduce the risk of falls after the operation.
