医护一体化护理方案对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能恢复及血糖的影响

Effect of Integrated Nursing Program on Renal Function Recovery and Blood Glucose in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探究医护一体化护理方案对糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白排泄率、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和甘油三酯(TG)的影响。方法:选取2017年4月-2020年4月期间新乡市红旗区人民医院收治的64例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,随机均分为观察组及对照组,其中观察组32例患者采用医护一体化护理方案。对照组32例采用糖尿病肾病患者常规护理。对两组患者尿蛋白排泄率、HbA1c、TG水平进行比较。并比较两组患者护理满意度。结果:相较于对照组患者,观察组患者在经过医护一体化护理后,尿蛋白排泄率明显降低,HbA1c下降程度更大,TG更低,护理前患者尿蛋白排泄率、HbA1c、TG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对患者尿蛋白排泄率、HbA1c和TG的检测,医护一体化护理可对糖尿病肾病患者在护理过程中的肾功能恢复及护理满意度有明显提高,在糖尿病肾病患者护理中采用医护一体化护理方案可在临床进一步推广应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of integrated nursing program on urinary protein excretion rate, Hb A1 c and TG in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 64 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the inpatient number entered into the computer. 32 patients in the observation group were treated with the integrated medical andnursing scheme,32 patients in the control group were treated with the routine nursing. The protein excretion rate, Hb A1 c, TG of the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the patients in the control group, the protein excretion rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower, the degree of Hb A1 c decreased more, and the TG was lower after the integrated nursing care. The differences of protein excretion rate, Hb A1 c, TG before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05), and the differences after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the examination of urinary protein excretion rate, Hb A1 c and TG, the integrated nursing can significantly improve the recovery of renal function of diabetic nephropathy patients in the nursing process, and the integrated nursing scheme can be further applied in clinical practice.
