摘要 目的分析汉中地区2048例肱踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)检测结果,探讨影响baPWV升高的相关因素。方法2017年3月至5月,在汉中市汉台区随机抽取26个村中的2048人进行检测,分析其baPWV的变化及相关影响因素。结果性别、年龄、高血压史、糖尿病史、吸烟史、饮酒史、心率、BMI、TC、TG、LDL、CRE、UA均与baPWV升高存在显著相关(P<0.05)。结论通过baPWV检查可了解动脉弹性变化,对于早期发现血管弹性减退有着十分重要的意义。在临床上通过对影响baPWV升高的相关因素进行分析,给予受检者正确的健康教育,可以早期预防和控制心脑血管疾病的发生和发展。 Objective To analyze the results of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in 2048 patients in Hanzhong area,and to explore the related factors affecting the increase of baPWV.Methods From March to May 2017,2048 people from 26 villages in Hantai district,Hanzhong city were randomly selected for testing,and the changes of baPWV and related influencing factors were analyzed.Results Gender,age,history of hypertension,history of diabetes,smoking history,drinking history,heart rate,BMI,TC,TG,LDL,CRE,UA were all significantly correlated with the increase of baPWV(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the baPWV examination,the changes of arterial elasticity can be detected,which is of great significance for early detection of decreased arterial elasticity.In clinical practice,through the analysis of the related factors affecting the increase of baPWV,giving the subjects correct health education can prevent and control the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
