微信平台干预对肝功能损伤患儿家长健康信息素养的改善效果

Improvement effect of Wechat platform intervention on health information literacy of parents of children with liver function injury

目的探讨微信平台干预对肝功能损伤患儿家长健康信息素养的改善效果。方法将在我院接受住院治疗的50例肝功能损伤患儿和50名家长纳为研究对象,按照随机抽签原则将其分为对照组(常规干预)和观察组(微信平台干预),各25名。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组家长健康信息获取、应用、意识、评价、总体健康信息素养评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后1、2、4、6个月,观察组患儿的复诊率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患儿的ALT、AST水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信平台干预应用于肝功能损伤患儿的家长中,可以提高患儿家长的健康信息素养,强化其对疾病的认知,提升患儿的复诊率,改善肝功能指标水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of Wechat platform intervention on health information literacy of parents of children with liver function injury.Methods A total of 50 parents and 50 children with liver function injury who hospitalized in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(routine intervention)and observation group(Wechat platform intervention)according to the principle of random drawing,with 25 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of health information acquisition,application,awareness,evaluation and overall health information literacy of parents in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2,4 and 6 months after the intervention,the return visit rate of chindren in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of ALT、AST of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wechat platform intervention applied to parents of children with liver function injury can improve their health information literacy,strengthen the awareness of the disease,improve the return visit rate and the level of liver function indexes of children,which is worthy of clinical application.
