摘要
目的探讨血管回声跟踪(E-Tracking)技术对高血压合并高脂血症患者颈动脉弹性及血压变异性(BPV)的评估价值。方法将本院收治的130例高血压患者根据是否合并高脂血症分为单纯高血压组(60例)和高血压合并高脂血症组(70例)。采用E-Tracking技术测定两组的颈动脉弹性参数,采用动态血压监测仪测定BPV系数,进一步采用Pearson检验判断颈动脉弹性参数与BPV系数的相关性。结果入院即刻,高血压合并高脂血症组的应变弹性系数(Eρ)、僵硬度(β)高于单纯高血压组,动脉顺应性(AC)低于单纯高血压组(P<0.05)。高血压合并高脂血症组的动态血压标准差[白天收缩压标准差(dSSD)、白天舒张压标准差(dDSD)、夜间收缩压标准差(nSSD)、夜间舒张压标准差(nDSD)]和动态血压变异系数[白天收缩压变异系数(dSCV)、白天舒张压变异系数(dDCV)、夜间收缩压变异系数(nSCV)、夜间舒张压变异系数(nDCV)]均高于单纯高血压组(P<0.05)。高血压合并高脂血症组患者的Eρ、β与BPV参数呈正相关,AC与BPV参数呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论E-Tracking技术可直接评估高血压合并高脂血症患者的颈动脉弹性,间接判断其BPV。
Objective To investigate the evaluation values of E-Tracking technique on carotid artery elasticity and blood pressure variability(BPV)in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 130 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital were divided into simple hypertension group(60 cases)and hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia group(70 cases)according to whether they were complicated with hyperlipidemia.E-Tracking technique was used to measure the carotid artery elasticity parameters of the two groups.Ambulatory blood pressure monitor was used to measure the BPV coefficient.Pearson test was further used to determine the correlation between carotid artery elasticity parameters and BPV coefficient.Results At the moment of admission,the strain elasticity coefficient(Eρ)and stiffness(β)in the hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia group were higher than those in the simple hypertension group,and the arterial compliance(AC)was lower than that in the simple hypertension group(P<0.05).The ambulatory blood pressure standard deviation[daytime systolic blood pressure standard deviation(dSDD),daytime diastolic blood pressure standard deviation(dDSD),nighttime systolic blood pressure standard deviation(nSSD),nighttime diastolic blood pressure standard deviation(nDSD)]and ambulatory blood pressure variation coefficient[daytime systolic blood pressure variation coefficient(dSCV),daytime diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient(dDCV),nighttime systolic blood pressure variation coefficient(nSCV),nighttime diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient(nDCV)]in the hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia group were higher than those in the simple hypertension group(P<0.05).There were a positive correlation between Eρ,βand BPV parameters in the hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia group,and a negative correlation between AC and BPV parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion E-Tracking technique can directly evaluate carotid artery elasticity and indirectly judge BPV in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
