多元化专科护理小组模式在糖尿病微循环病变患者护理中的应用价值

Application value of diversified specialist nursing team model in nursing of patients with diabetic microcirculation disease

目的探讨多元化专科护理小组模式在糖尿病微循环病变患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年7月至2019年12月收治的150例糖尿病微循环病变患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用多元化专科护理小组模式进行干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组FBG、2 h PBG水平及HbA1c均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组LDL-C水平均降低,HDL-C水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组CDSES、ESCA评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组血液黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原水平均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病微循环病变患者护理中应用多元化专科护理小组模式,能够有效控制患者的血糖、血脂水平,改善其血液流变学指标,提高自我护理能力。

Objective To explore the application value of diversified specialist nursing team model in nursing of patients with diabetic microcirculation disease.Methods A total of 150 patients with diabetic microcirculation disease from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given diversified specialist nursing team mode.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of FBG,2 h PBG and HbA1c in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the LDL-C levels of the two groups decreased,and the HDL-C levels increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of CDSES and ESCA in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen levels of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with diabetic microcirculation disease,the application of diversified specialist nursing team model can effectively control the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid,improve the hemorheology indexes,and enhance the self-care ability of patients.
