快速康复外科护理对甲状腺切除患者应激反应和术后恢复的影响

Effects of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on stress response and postoperative recovery of patients with thyroidectomy

目的探讨快速康复外科护理对甲状腺切除患者应激反应和术后恢复的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月本院收治的120例甲状腺切除患者,将其随机分为对照组(60例,常规护理)和观察组(60例,快速康复外科护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的引流管留置时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,术后3 d NRS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,两组的Cor、AngⅡ水平均升高,但观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的ThyPRO39、SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理能够有效改善甲状腺切除患者的心理状态,减轻其应激反应,加速术后恢复进程,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on stress response and postoperative recovery of patients with thyroidectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with thyroidectomy admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(60 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(60 cases,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of drainage tube indwelling,off-bed ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the NRS score at 3 d after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 d after operation,the levels of Cor and AngⅡof the two groups increased,but those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of ThyPRO39,SAS and SDS of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can effectively improve the mental state of patients with thyroidectomy,reduce the stress response,accelerate the recovery process after surgery,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
