个性化康复护理在肝胆外科围手术期的应用效果

Application effect of personalized rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of hepatobiliary surgery

目的观察个性化康复护理在肝胆外科围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2020年2月在我院行肝胆外科手术的130例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组围手术期给予常规护理,观察组围手术期给予个性化康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术后12 h的VAS评分低于对照组,首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化康复护理在肝胆外科围手术期护理中的应用效果显著,能有效减轻患者术后疼痛,缩短首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者预后,提高患者的护理满意度和患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the application effect of personalized rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods A total of 130 patients who underwent hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the observation group was given personalized rehabilitation nursing during the perioperative period.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score at 12 hours after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the first exhaust time,the first off-bed ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The personalized rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of hepatobiliary surgery has significant application effect,which can effectively relieve the postoperative pain,shorten the first exhaust time,the first off-bed ambulation time and hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote the prognosis of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
