以高质量对外开放推动武汉国际化大都市建设

Promote the Construction of Wuhan as an International Metropolis with High-quality Opening up

高质量对外开放是国际化大都市建设的核心支撑。作为内陆中心大城市与“一带一路”倡议重要节点城市,高质量对外开放是推动武汉建设国际化大都市的当务之急。从政治、经济、文化和生态环境等四个方面来构建国际化大都市发展水平的评价指标体系,对武汉国际化发展水平进行综合评价,从中找出武汉建设国际化大都市的“短板”,并针对“短板”,提出完善“顶层设计”和政府工作机制;全面提升对外开放合作能级;实施本土化与国际化相结合;并借鉴其他国际大都市的经验等具体路径。以期对推动武汉建设国际化大都市产生一定的借鉴价值。

High-quality opening to the outside world is the core support for the construction of an international metropolis.As an inland central metropolis and an important node city of the“Belt and Road”initiative,high-quality opening to the outside world is the top priority for promoting Wuhan's construction of an international metropolis.Construct an evaluation index system for the development level of an international metropolis from the four aspects of politics,economy,culture and ecological environment,conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of Wuhan's internationalization,and find out the"shortcomings"of Wuhan's construction of an international metropolis.,And aiming at the"shortcomings",proposed to improve the"top-level design"and government work mechanism;comprehensively improve the level of opening up and cooperation;implement the combination of localization and internationalization;and learn from the experience of other international metropolises.It is expected to have a certain reference value for promoting Wuhan to build an international metropolis.
