阿司匹林肠溶片联合盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablet Combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension

目的探讨阿司匹林肠溶片联合盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月我院收治的妊娠期高血压孕妇50例,随机分为两组各25例。对照组予以盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以阿司匹林肠溶片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血压及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的收缩压与舒张压水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的收缩压与舒张压水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林肠溶片联合盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效显著,可有效控制孕妇血压情况,且未明显增加不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablet combined with labetalol hydrochloride in the treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods 50 pregnant women with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with labetalol hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablet on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,significantly higher than 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference was found in the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Aspirin enteric-coated tablet combined with labetalol hydrochloride in the treatment of gestational hypertension has significant clinical efficacy,which can effectively control the blood pressure of pregnant women without obviously increasing adverse reactions.
