清肺化痰膏联合西医治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Qingfei Huatan Ointment Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的观察清肺化痰膏联合西医治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月我院收治的支气管哮喘患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用清肺化痰膏治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组的FEV1、PEF水平均高于治疗前,中医证候积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);研究组的FEV1和PEF水平均高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肺化痰膏联合西医治疗支气管哮喘具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Huatan Ointment combined with western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 60 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Qingfei Huatan Ointment on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.3%,significantly higher than 73.3%in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the FEV1 and PEF levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The levels of FEV1 and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Qingfei Huatan Ointment combined with western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma has good clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
