摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在老年痴呆症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年2月我院收治的68例老年痴呆症患者,随机分为两组各34例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用延续性护理,比较两组护理前后的日常生活能力、智能精神状态以及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组的ADL评分、MMSE评分及SF-36各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理有利于改善老年痴呆症患者的日常生活能力及智能精神状态,提升其生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of continuing nursing in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Methods A total of 68 patients with Alzheimer’s disease admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuing nursing.The daily living ability,intelligent mental state and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the ADL score,MMSE score and scores of SF-36 dimensions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuing nursing is beneficial to improve the daily living ability,intelligent mental state and quality of life of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
