标准化抢救护理流程对新生儿窒息抢救成功率及家属满意度的影响

Impact of Standardized Rescue Nursing Procedure on the Successful Rescue Rate and Relatives’Satisfaction Degree of Neonatal Asphyxia

目的探讨标准化抢救护理流程对新生儿窒息抢救成功率及家属满意度的影响。方法120例窒息新生儿随机分为两组各60例,对照组采用常规抢救护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施标准化抢救护理流程,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的抢救成功率、新生儿Apgar评分、家属满意度均显著高于对照组,抢救时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准化抢救护理流程可提高新生儿窒息的抢救成功率,缩短抢救时间,提高家属满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of standardized rescue nursing procedure on the successful rescue rate and relatives’satisfaction degree of neonatal asphyxia.Methods 120 neonates with asphyxia were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rescue nursing intervention,and the observation group received standardized rescue nursing procedure on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of two groups were compared.Results The successful rescue rate,neonatal Apgar score and relatives’satisfaction degree in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the rescue time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized rescue nursing procedure can improve the successful rescue rate of neonatal asphyxia,shorten the rescue time,and improve relatives’satisfaction degree.
