综合护理干预对无痛人工流产术孕妇术后疼痛及焦虑情绪的影响

Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain and Anxiety Emotion of Pregnant Women with Painless Induced Abortion

目的探讨综合护理干预对无痛人工流产术孕妇术后疼痛及焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取2015年8月至2017年12月在我院行无痛人工流产术的112例孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为两组各56例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行综合护理干预。比较两组干预前后的疼痛程度(VAS评分)、焦虑情绪(SAS评分)。结果干预前,两组的VAS评分、SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的VAS评分、SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有利于减轻无痛人工流产术孕妇的术后疼痛程度,缓解其焦虑情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and anxiety emotion of pregnant women with painless induced abortion.Methods 112 pregnant women who underwent painless induced abortion in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2017 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain degree(VAS score)and anxiety emotion(SAS score)before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,no significant difference was found in VAS and SAS scores between two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the VAS and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to reduce postoperative pain degree and relieve anxiety emotion of pregnant women with painless induced abortion,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
