双创视角下蔗糖产业人才协同培养模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 自我国广西等部分省区糖企开展二次创业以来,对从事相关产业人才的需求越来越高。文章认为,高校是培养蔗糖产业综合型人才的根本,基于双创视角开展高校相关专业人才协同培养,能够从创新发展甘蔗生产技术、发展多样化循环经济产业链、升级制糖工艺等入手,为我国蔗糖产业发展提供管理、技术等方面复合型人才,解决当前我国蔗糖产业种植、生产技术落后,糖业深加工产业链短等问题。本文基于大学生创新创业对蔗糖产业人才协同培养进行研究,构建了一种适合未来我国蔗糖产业需求的人才协同培养模式。 Since sugar enterprises in some provinces such as Guangxi started their second business,the demand for talents engaged in related industries is getting higher and higher.According to the article,the root of sugar industry in colleges and universities is to cultivate comprehensive talents,based on double gen perspective and related professionals co-cultivation,it could develop sugarcane production technology innovation,diversification of circular economy industrial chain,upgrade sugar manufacturing,etc.That could not only provide comprehensive talents in management and technology for the development of sugarcane industry,but also solve the current sugar industry problems of planting,production technology is backward,sugar deep processing industry chain is short and so on.Based on the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,this paper studies the collaborative cultivation of talents in the sugar industry,and constructs a collaborative cultivation model for the future demand of the sugar industry in China.
